As a Indianapolis fertility doctor, Kate O’Leary MD provides hopeful parents with comprehensive care that is individualized to meet each patient’s needs. She accomplishes this by combining leading-edge fertility treatments with compassionate care.

Kate O’Leary MD is proud of her background in reproductive medicine

Kate O’Leary MD  is board certified in both obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility.

After graduating Phi Beta Kappa from Rhodes College in Memphis, she earned her medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Kate O’Leary MD developed a passion for women’s health during her time in medical school.

She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium (SAUSHEC) at Lackland Air Force Base. She earned awards for academic and clinical excellence, including the Commander’s Award for Housestaff Scientific Research, the Outstanding Chief Resident and the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons Resident Achievement Award.

While completing her fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Stanford University, Kate O’Leary MD also completed a fellowship in health care research and policy. This additional fellowship allowed her to earn a Master of Science degree in health services research from Stanford University.

Kate O’Leary MD became a Indianapolis fertility doctor after separating from the United States Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel and chair of the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Division of the 88th Surgical Operations Squadron at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio. While at Wright-Patterson, she also served as the medical director of the Women’s Health Clinic and the REI consultant to the Air Force Surgeon General. She also founded and led a support group for patients undergoing infertility treatment at Wright-Patterson.

In addition to her many accomplishments, she is an assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at both the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine.

Areas of clinical interest for Kate O’Leary MD

Kate O’Leary MD is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG) and a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (SREI).

She has special interest and experience in recurrent pregnancy loss and fertility preservation. She is proud to provide compassionate, individualized care to hopeful parents while supporting their physical and emotional wellness.
