Erika Munch, MD, San Antonio Fertility Specialist, Empowers Patients for Effective Fertility Care

Erika Munch, MD, is a San Antonio fertility specialist who is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, as well as in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Her compassionate approach to fertility care ensures that each individual and couple’s fertility treatment plan is customized to their specific diagnosis and goals, while respecting the complex emotional and financial aspects of their family-building journeys.

Dr. Munch helps families experience parenthood by delivering the most advanced fertility diagnostics and treatment options, including intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), preimplantation genetic testing of embryos (PGT) and minimally invasive fertility surgery. She also assists patients who need donor sperm or donor eggs to conceive, and provides fertility preservation through egg freezing for cancer patients and other women who wish to delay motherhood.

In every patient interaction, her goal is to educate and empower the men and women in her care to make informed decisions about the treatment they need to grow their families.
