Austin Fertility Specialist Natalie Burger, MD, Delivers Exceptional Care
Natalie Burger, M.D., has nearly a decade of experience practicing reproductive medicine. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Burger contributes to reproductive medicine as a clinical assistant professor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. She previously taught at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and the University of Vermont.
Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility, she is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
After earning her undergraduate degree in molecular biology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a minor in mathematics, she attended the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Burger completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology and later her fellowship training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Vermont.
The accomplished physician has been voted one of America’s Top Obstetricians and Gynecologists multiple times and recently was named one of the Best Doctors in America™.
Dr. Burger has conducted research at the University of Vermont, the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Harvard Medical School and the MIT Infant Vision Laboratory. Her findings have appeared in numerous publications on subjects including estrogen replacement and hormone replacement therapy.
Dr. Burger frequently presents at medical society gatherings on topics ranging from the effects of steroid hormones in postmenopausal women to polycystic ovarian syndrome. Her presentations at various educational institutions include “Motherhood at Midlife” and “Female Sexual Dysfunction.” Dr. Burger also has written two book chapters — one on reproductive aging and the other on testosterone.
