Debbie Wells, National Sales Director

As the national sales director for Ovation® Fertility, Debbie Wells will oversee the organization’s sales team as they work to raise awareness about Ovation’s offerings of genetic testing, fertility storage, egg donation and surrogacy services. Debbie is passionate about bringing value to every customer while sharing Ovation’s mission of bringing the joy of parenthood through innovative science.

Debbie leads the sales team using her three decades of experience in sales, training and leadership to build collaborative relationships with providers across the country. Her extensive knowledge of women’s health, IVF and genetics provides a solid understanding of the reproductive health space and the latest scientific advancements.

She excels at strategic account management, sales strategy formation, relationship building and partnership development. Her documented ability to lead both individuals and teams highlights her passion for mentorship and coaching.

Before coming to Ovation as the national sales director, Debbie spent two decades at EMD Serono as a key account manager and regional sales trainer. During her 10 years at Invitae (formerly Good Start Genetics), she was instrumental in the successful launch of the industry’s first NGS platform for carrier screening and the launch of a novel platform for PGT-A testing. She held the titles of IVF account manager, division lead for oncology and women’s health, and IVF national sales director. Throughout her career, Debbie has always been driven to support patients on the journey to build a family.

Debbie earned her Bachelor of Science in finance and economics from California State University – Sacramento. She is also a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
