Stephanie Rampello, Director of Storage  

As the director of storage for Ovation® Fertility, Stephanie Rampello oversees the long-term frozen storage program for eggs, sperm and embryos. She works with the laboratory professionals who keep a watchful eye on these reproductive materials while they are in Ovation’s state-of-the-art storage facility as well as when they are in transit to the practices that are helping patients become parents.

Stephanie has worked in the healthcare space for about a decade in many different capacities. As a result, she has a wealth of experience in operations, finance and strategic initiatives. This comprehensive background allows her to develop and manage programs that improve operational efficiency while also protecting patients’ precious family-building materials.

Before joining Ovation, Stephanie worked for SonderMind as the director of specialty care. There, she established backend business operations for a new business line based on Medicare’s Collaborative Care Model while also developing the business case for strategic investment in specific populations and diagnoses. Before that, she was the co-founder and CEO of WellNested, a managed marketplace that focused on providing in-home and virtual postnatal care.

Earlier in her career, Stephanie worked for Virta Health, a startup that supported people with type 2 diabetes, and Fresenius Medical Care North America, which is the largest kidney dialysis provider and products manufacturer in North America.

Stephanie graduated magna cum laude and earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in finance and accounting from Boston University. She then earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
